Supplementary Health Insurance
If you live in Switzerland and have a Swiss Supplementary Health Insurance you can probably get a refund for my treatments. To check whether my services are covered by your Supplementary Health Insurance, please contact your supplementary insurance in advance of a treatment and clarify the following:

Will the treatment costs be covered for Miriam Kislak?

Is the therapy method, e.g. Classical Massage covered?

How much of the treatment costs are covered - a percentage or a fixed amount per treatment?

Does your supplementary insurance include an annual fixed amount (franchise)?

Is your supplementary insurance limited by an annual maximum amount?

Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before the agreed appointment. Otherwise the 60-minute treatment session will be charged in full. The same counts for not showing up for an agreed appointment.
Prices & Invoices
I charge the same price for all methods. A treatment usually takes 60 minutes. A first treatment usually takes 75 minutes, due to recording your medical history. 60-minute treatments costs 138 CHF, if the treatment takes longer, it will cost additionally.

After treatment, you will receive an invoice with a receipt for the reimbursement of your Supplementary Health Insurance. After paying the bill, send the reimbursement receipt to your Supplementary Health Insurance, who will reimburse you for the amount covered, provided you have the appropriate insurance.
