Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or in case of no-shows, the full cost of the agreed treatment will be charged.

 

 

Health Insurance & Supplemental Insurance

Most health insurance companies (provided you have the appropriate supplemental insurance) reimburse a portion of the treatment costs for Craniosacral Therapy and Classical Massage.

 

Since insurance terms and conditions vary depending on the health insurance company and policy, I recommend that you check with your supplemental insurance provider before your first treatment:

 

  • Whether treatments with Miriam KiÅ›lak are covered

  • Which methods are covered

  • To what extent (percentage or fixed amount)

  • Whether a deductible or annual limit applies

Invoicing

For clients in Switzerland:

You will receive the invoice – with a reimbursement slip for methods covered by health insurance – at the end of the month, either by email or post. For methods not covered by health insurance, I will gladly issue a payment receipt.

 

After paying the invoice, please send the reimbursement slip to your health insurance company/supplementary insurance provider, who will reimburse you for a portion of the treatment costs, provided you have the appropriate coverage.

 

For clients worldwide:

The methods I offer online are not covered by health insurances/supplementary insurances. You will receive the invoice/payment request either by email or PayPal.
