How I Found My Work
Shaped by twelve years of Waldorf education and a year of international training in social entrepreneurship in Sweden, my early path was driven by curiosity, a search for meaning, and a deep interest in humanity.
At 21, I traveled to the USA, asking life to show me how I could best serve the world. I met people who introduced me to alternative medicine, body-oriented therapies, and interpersonal approaches to maintaining and restoring health. These "answers from life" became the foundation for my choice of trainings. At 26, I opened my own practice.
A year later, a serious illness of my own led me to an intensive exploration of dis-ease, the healing powers within, and the restoration of health. Today, I affectionately refer to this period of recovery as my "PhD in the healing arts."
My work has grown from lived experience, applied skills, and my own journey of healing - supported by presence, trust, and the dedication to accompanying people on their unique paths.
