Classical Massage

Method

Classical Massage is a manual therapy that effects the skin, tissue and muscles. For the massage pressure, tension and kneading are applied to the tissue and muscles. This causes a stretching and relaxation of the muscles, increased blood flow to the treated body structure and a possible reduction in pain. As a result, the Classic Massage also has a positive effect on the heartbeat, blood pressure, breathing and digestion and promotes relaxation and well-being.

Occasionally and depending on the request, I also optionally use cupping glasses during the massage. Cupping is a skin irritation therapy in which glasses, in which vacuum is generated, are placed on the skin. The sucking of the vacuum stimulates blood circulation in the skin and relieves muscle tension. The organs lying under the treated tissue are supplied with more blood and metabolism is stimulated.

Effect

The Classical Massage  has a particular effect on the muscles and the musculoskeletal system. Tissue adhesions and tension can loosen. In addition, Classical Massage increases blood circulation, stimulates lymphatic circulation and improves the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the cells. Relaxation also supports the immune and nervous systems. Mood and general well-being can improve.
